Rates
All room rates, charges and fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and are subject to 5% Municipality tax (MT) and 15% Value added tax (VAT). The VAT is applied on the rate and MT.
Early Arrivals and Late Departures
For early arrivals, we recommend booking the room for the previous night to ensure immediate access. For late departures, reserving an extra night guarantees access until you leave. If you don't opt for this, we can store your bags and provide changing-room facilities.
Additional guests and children surcharge
Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by Villa, the following applies for additional guests.
Accommodation
Shebara Resort charges no additional fee for children under 12 years of age occupying the same guest room as their parents or guardians (space permitting).
Guests 12 years and over, a fee of 1,500 SAR subject to 5% MT & 15% VAT will be charged per night.
Children Meal Plan
Below 6 years free of charge when dining with an adult exception of in Villa Dining.
6-12 Years old: 50% off all food and beverage on the adult menu pricing, regular price applies on the children menu.
Above 12 years : full charge on food and beverage.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a valid credit card at booking; otherwise, they will be released. Cancellations or changes must be made by 6:00 PM KSA time at least 7 days before arrival to avoid a fee equal to the total cost of the stay, including Municipality fee and VAT. This fee also applies to no-shows. Material changes within the cancellation period need resort approval.
